Project Overview
In October 2023, the Secretary of Education released the final regulations on Financial Value Transparency and Gainful Employment (FVT/GE). These regulations impact several campus departments, requiring outreach to leaders in academic affairs, student affairs, financial aid, fiscal affairs, the registrar鈥檚 office, institutional research, and IT to help facilitate compliance. This project aims to facilitate compliance with the FVT/GE, which mandates that institutions submit program and student-level data for students receiving Title IV financial aid. The USG will support institutions in complying with these federal regulations by providing project management support, tracking timelines, and assisting with necessary tasks.
Project Benefits:
- Will facilitate FVT/GE compliance amongst the University System of Georgia鈥檚 26 public colleges and universities.
- Will provide leadership and support for future reporting efforts regarding FVT/GE Compliance.
